Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try the service first. Buy with confidence.

Take our 24-hour IPTV free trial before choosing a paid plan. Check the service on your own device and internet connection. Taking a trial does not remove your right to our 15-day money-back guarantee on standard-price subscriptions. Discounted deals are excluded; please test the trial before buying a deal.

If you are not happy with your standard-price paid service, request a full refund within 15 calendar days of paid subscription activation.

Our 15-day money-back guarantee

This voluntary guarantee applies to standard-price subscriptions. Discounted deals and promotional offers are excluded.

The guarantee starts when your paid subscription is activated, not when your free trial begins. Send your request within 15 calendar days to sales@fastmediauk.com, including your order or invoice number and the email used for the order. You may request a refund because you are not satisfied with the service; you do not have to prove an unresolved fault to use this guarantee.

A refund under this guarantee covers the full amount paid to Fast Media UK for the subscription being refunded. Separate fees paid directly to a third-party player, app or device seller are handled by that provider.

Discounted deals: trial before purchase

Always take the 24-hour free trial and check the service on your own device and internet before buying a discounted deal or promotional offer. Discounted deals are excluded from our voluntary 15-day money-back guarantee and our proportional unused-period refund policy. We do not offer discretionary refunds on these purchases.

The service-downtime extension policy still applies. Nothing in this exclusion removes statutory cancellation rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services.

Help with viewing problems

If you would like us to help, tell us your device model, player name and the problem you see. We can guide you through checking your internet connection, ISP restrictions, app settings and device compatibility. Trying another connection or compatible device may help identify the cause. Troubleshooting does not remove your right to request a refund within the guarantee period.

After the first 15 days

For standard-price subscriptions after 15 days, a refund is available only for a service issue that remains unresolved after support has investigated and attempted to fix it. A change of mind or ordinary cancellation, including a request four months after activation, does not qualify.

If an unresolved service issue qualifies for a refund, the refund covers the unused subscription period in proportion to the amount actually paid. For example, a £75 twelve-month subscription with ten months used and two full months remaining has an unused-period refund of £12.50 (£75 ÷ 12 × 2).

An ISP restriction, local internet problem or incompatible device alone does not qualify for a refund after the guarantee period. We will help you check your connection and compatible devices to identify the cause. These conditions do not limit remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Service downtime and extra days

If a service-side issue causes downtime, Fast Media UK will add extra access days equal to the confirmed days the service was unavailable. These days will be added near the end of your subscription. Contact support with your account reference and the affected dates so the downtime and extension can be confirmed.

Local internet, ISP or device problems are handled through troubleshooting and are not counted as a service-side outage. An extension does not remove your 15-day refund guarantee or applicable consumer rights. If a service issue remains unresolved, the refund rules above still apply.

How to request a refund

  1. Email sales@fastmediauk.com within the guarantee period.
  2. Include your order or invoice reference and account email.
  3. Tell us that you want a refund under the 15-day money-back guarantee.

Do not send your password, complete card number or banking credentials. We will confirm the request and explain the refund arrangements. Payment-provider processing times may vary; the expected timing will be confirmed when the refund is arranged.

Access after a refund

Access to the refunded subscription ends when the refund is arranged. Fast Media UK does not offer further subscriptions to customers after a refund, subject to applicable law. This does not affect your right to raise a valid complaint or request a remedy.

Manual renewals

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You choose whether to place a new order when your paid access expires. Letting a plan expire does not generate an automatic renewal charge.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary guarantee is additional to any statutory cancellation rights or remedies that apply to your purchase. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services or digital content.
