Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how Fast Media UK subscriptions, trials and support work. Fast Media UK operates from London, United Kingdom. Contact us at sales@fastmediauk.com before ordering if anything is unclear.

Try before you subscribe

Take the 24-hour free trial first and check your usual device, player and internet connection. Trial access is activated manually and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Your order and access

Choose the duration, number of users or simultaneous connections and currency shown in the product details. Check the final order summary before paying. Access details and activation are arranged manually by our team; placing an order alone does not mean streaming access is already active. Confirm your paid activation and expiry dates with support.

Payments and manual renewal

Bank transfer and card payment are arranged through payment instructions or links sent manually by WhatsApp or email. Use the official contact route to confirm any instruction you are unsure about. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You decide whether to place another order when access expires.

Devices and player requirements

You need a compatible device, a suitable player and a working internet connection. Third-party app licences or device costs are separate from our subscription. Check device compatibility and test before paying. Device models, app availability and local internet conditions can affect viewing.

Account use

Keep your access details private and stay within the simultaneous connection allowance of your chosen plan. Do not share passwords publicly, misuse the service or use it unlawfully. Reselling is available only through an agreed reseller product or arrangement. If an account-use problem arises, contact support before placing a replacement order.

Content and availability

Ask support to confirm any channel, programme or feature essential to you. Availability and player features can vary; descriptions do not guarantee that every channel or feature will remain unchanged. We do not promise uninterrupted operation at every moment. This does not limit your rights where the service is faulty or misdescribed.

Refunds and service interruptions

For standard-price subscriptions, if you are unhappy with your paid service, request a full refund within 15 calendar days of paid activation, even if you took the free trial. For standard-price subscriptions after 15 days, refunds are available only for qualifying unresolved service issues and cover the unused subscription period proportionally.

Confirmed service-side downtime will be compensated with an equal number of extra access days added near the end of the subscription. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility, examples and the request process.

Discounted deals

Take the 24-hour trial before buying a discounted deal or promotional offer. Discounted purchases are excluded from our voluntary 15-day guarantee and proportional unused-period refunds. No discretionary refund is offered on deals. Service-downtime extensions still apply, and statutory rights remain unaffected.

Support

Email your order reference, device model, player name and the exact problem to sales@fastmediauk.com. We may ask you to test another connection or compatible device to establish whether the issue relates to our service, your ISP or your setup. Never send complete card details, banking credentials or passwords.

Privacy and your rights

See our Privacy Policy for personal information handling. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable statutory cancellation rights and remedies remain available. Changes to published terms do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
